Digital Foundations

An audit of everything your business runs on, and a sprint to fix it properly. The usual starting point.

We go through what's actually in use: accounts, devices, files, subscriptions, email, and the workarounds that pile up over years of staff changes. Every tool has to earn its place. If it's used and working, it stays. If nobody remembers why you're paying for it, it goes. We fix what's left and hand it back in a state you can run yourself.

Website

A website you actually own. Clean, fast, no monthly bloat.

A lot of small businesses are stuck in expensive agency retainers or template platforms they can't manage themselves. This is the simpler alternative. We design, build, and hand over the keys. It becomes the hub of your business online, where social media points, enquiries arrive, bookings land and your mailing list grows. When you want to change a phone number, you don't have to call anyone.

Automated Systems

Less manual work, without changing how your business runs.

If your day runs on shared spreadsheets, group chats and processes only held in someone's head, there's usually an automation that pays for itself inside a fortnight. I'm from Newcastle, based in Zell am See. Early in my career, I worked in tech support for Apple. I loved the work and the technology, but the office environment wasn't for me. Moving to the Alps, I found a hybrid: using digital tools to enable the life I actually wanted.

Throughout my time in resort operations, I kept finding ways to work smarter, not just for myself, but to free up time for my customers too. Later, across seven years of remote work in digital and events, I saw the same thing at scale: when the systems run themselves, people get more of the real work done.

That's what I bring to your business: systems that fit how you work, not the other way round.

I've lived in Austria since 2007, now in Zell am See. Eight years of coordinating international programmes for a children's foundation left me with one rule: nothing gets built without a person at the centre and a purpose I can name.

I'm slightly obsessed with impact. Who does this help, and what changes for them on Monday morning? Behind every clunky process there's a tired human, and I start with them.

Group travel is where I combine technical operations with the design of an experience. Behind the scenes, I keep suppliers and schedules in line and fix problems before anyone notices. In front, I design the aesthetic of every day, its rhythm, mood and look, so a group of strangers feels like one story.
